The problem

Payment plans leak quietly

A $9k offer on a 6-pay plan means you've collected $1.5k on the day you close. The rest depends on five more payments going through.

Stripe retries, then gives up

A failed installment gets a few automatic retries and an email. After that it sits there, marked unpaid, and nobody looks at it.

Nobody owns the chase

Sales moved on to the next call. Support thinks it's a billing issue. The client goes quiet, and the rest of the plan goes with them.

The closer loses out too

When installment 2 or 3 never comes in, the commission on it disappears. The people who closed the deal are the last to find out.

How it works

From leak to recovered in three steps

  1. 1

    Connect Stripe or Whop

Read-only access. Takes about five minutes. We can see your payments; we can't move money or change anything.

  2. 2

    See what's leaking

Your free audit shows every payment plan, every failed installment, the balance still owed, and what's already been written off.

  3. 3

    Turn on recovery

Khitamo emails and texts clients in your name with a secure link to update their card, and gives your closers a ranked call list.

What you get

Built for payment plans, not subscriptions

Most failed-payment tools are made for $29/month software. A missed installment on a $9k plan is a different problem.

Balance owed, per client

Not just “payment failed”: what each client still owes on the whole plan.

A call list for your closers

Ranked by balance and how fresh the failure is, so they call the right people first.

Messages in your name

Emails and texts come from your brand, not ours. Clients never hear from a stranger.

Secure card-update links

Clients update their card on a Stripe or Whop page. Card details never touch Khitamo.

Stripe and Whop together

One view across both, so nothing slips between platforms.

Know why it failed

Expired card, insufficient funds, bank decline: each one needs a different follow-up.

Your money never goes through us

Clients keep paying you directly. Khitamo reads your payment data and sends reminders, nothing more.

How we keep your account safe
  • Read-only access for the audit
  • Card details never touch Khitamo
  • Every message sent in your name
  • Disconnect any time; we delete your key

Questions owners ask

Do you hold our money?

No. Clients pay you directly through Stripe or Whop, exactly as they do now. Khitamo never touches the funds or the card details.

What access do you need?

For the audit, read-only access to your Stripe or Whop payments. If you turn on recovery, you add a small set of write permissions so we can send card-update links. You can disconnect at any time.

Will clients know it's you chasing?

Yes, that's the point. Every email and text goes out in your business name. Khitamo stays in the background.

We use SamCart / ThriveCart / ClickFunnels. Does it work?

If those checkouts take payment through your own Stripe account, in most cases yes: the payment plans show up in Stripe and Khitamo reads them from there. Your audit will confirm it for your setup.

What does it cost?

The audit is free. Recovery is $49 a month plus 15% of what we recover, capped at $1,000 a month. Recovery starts with a 14-day free trial.

Find out what you're leaking

The audit is free and takes about five minutes to connect. You'll see every failed installment and what it's worth.
